2007 Summer Camps and Training Programs

4 days / week Fall Sports Preparation Training

Program focuses on preparing athletes for fall sports competition.  Olympic style training complimented with squatting and pressing movements are taught to help build a base for future sports training.  Athletes perform 2 pressing and 2 pushing workouts each week.  Sprint mechanics and agility drills are used to provide athletes all around athletic development.  These workouts typically last 1.5 hours, workouts that include a conditioning component typically last 2 hours.
*Group size is limited to 5 athletes per group.

3 days / week Fall Sports Preparation Training

Sprint mechanics and agility drills are used to provide athletes all around athletic development. These workouts typically last 1.5 hours, workouts that include a conditioning component typically last 2 hours.
*Group size is limited to 9 athletes per group.

2 days / week Youth Speed/Agility/Conditioning & General Sports Training Camp

Programs emphasize balance and coordination for the purpose of functional strength, sprinting and agility mechanics. These workouts typically last 1.25 hours.
*Group size is limited to 12 athletes per group.

Individualized Sport Specific Training - Strength/Speed/Agility

Individualized programs meeting all sporting needs, build upon individual strengths and weaknesses and designed to develop all components of athletic potential. Workouts are specific to the nature and season of their sport. These workouts typically lasts 1.5 hours.
*Group size is limited to 5 athletes per group.
