Philosophy:
My training system specifically targets the nervous system. As a scientifically minded professional, I realize that an individual’s true potential for health and fitness success can not be reached until the nervous system has been programmed to work at its optimum. Often personal training programs force individuals to work hard and experience pain or discomfort while realizing minimal improvements in health and fitness. Unfortunately, many participants quit training and give up on their goals, feeling they are unable to achieve them.
NTS Athletic Development focuses on functional movement patterns by concentrating on free weight training programs. These movements are incorporated into my Neurological Training System (NTS) that develops and maximizes an individual’s physiological needs and helps to retrain each participant’s weaknesses and improper motor recruitment patterns.
Anyone can tell someone to run through a bunch of drills, and do some squats, bench, curls, etc. Not everyone can instruct participants on how to perform a movement properly with maximum efficiency in consideration with biomechanical and psychological needs.
NTS Athletic Development will help you achieve greater success than you have ever seen because we can do all of this. I critically monitor each participant’s training to ensure exact implementation and quality of movement, advancing their personal fitness and minimizing the risk of discomfort and injury.
Throughout his Strength and Conditioning career, Kevin has counseled numerous athletes and individual on fitness, diet, and weight management. He has consistently improved individuals health and reduced body fat percentages while improving lean muscle mass; going so far as helping one individual loose over 80lbs in excess weight.
Programs Offered:
Individuals working with NTS Athletic Development’s Advanced Personal Training Programs, will be able to see improvements in: Strength Stability, Weight Loss, Coordination Increased, Lean Muscle Mass, Daily Activity and Overall Health.
General Fitness and Weight Loss Programs
Programs emphasize proper weight training mechanics designed to improve each individuals personal health and fitness levels. Through safe and effective training, individuals will see improvements in cardiovascular health and a reduction in excess body fat while increasing lean muscle mass and improving functional strength. Programs are all designed to meet each individuals fitness needs based on their own current level of fitness and goals. Workouts last 60 minutes and cost $14 per session**. Programs range from 2-4 days a week for a minimum of six weeks.
Advanced Fitness and Physique Enhancement Programs
Individualized programs meeting your specific needs to tone, tighten, strengthen, and improve lean body mass. Workouts last 60-90 minutes based on your personal needs and cost $14 per hour**. Programs run 2-4 days a week for a minimum of six weeks.
All prices are small group based. One on One private training is $50 per hour.
